An established industry player is seeking a Regional Key Account Manager for Lombardy. Job Description:

Reporting to the Regional Area Manager Nord, the responsibilities include:

  • Managing the assigned client portfolio to achieve sales objectives in line with the commercial strategy;
  • Negotiating second-level commercial agreements and implementing them within the territory;
  • Negotiating agreements with clients regarding assortment and promotional plans, ensuring compliance with national and local budgets;
  • Supporting the Customer Plan process for all commercial groups within managed brands;
  • Active collaboration with Sell-in and Sell-out teams to optimize overall performance.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Degree in Economics or related disciplines;
  • Previous experience in Sales of 2-5 years, with at least 1 year managing clients in the DMO channel;
  • Advanced knowledge of main IT tools, excellent command of Office suite and management software;
  • Good command of English; knowledge of French is a plus;
  • Strong customer orientation and goal achievement focus;
  • Proactivity and team-oriented attitude;
  • Analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities.
