A global logistics group is seeking a Regional HR Director for Italy, Spain & France. This role involves leading the HR function with strategic and operational oversight in labor relations and talent management. The ideal candidate will have 10-15 years of HR leadership experience in the logistics or transport sectors and be fluent in English. Position Overview
The Regional HR Director (m/f) – Italy, Spain & France will lead and coordinate the Human Resources function across these three countries. Working closely with Country Directors and the Group HR Department, the role combines strategic HR leadership with strong operational involvement, particularly in labor relations, HR development, and the day-to-day support of operational managers.
The HR Director will be a key contributor to the Group’s transformation and a trusted advisor to leadership and line managers, ensuring alignment with Group policies while adapting to each country’s context.
