Regional Finance Manager

As the Finance Manager you would be responsible for strategic financial leadership within the respective countries: Italy and Germany,
acting as a business partner, managing, and controlling the finance function as per Head Office/Center of Expertise requirements and
in compliance with the local laws of each country.

Your main duties will include to:

• act as a financial business partner to local management, providing insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making,
• support budgeting, forecasting, and cost management initiatives in collaboration with the FP&A team,
• support the local organization in store openings,
• act as the statutory representative for financial matters, ensuring compliance with local tax, legal, and financial regulations,
• ensure compliance with CIT, VAT, transfer pricing, and other regulatory requirements in coordination with the Tax and Accounting teams,
• cooperate closely with the Treasury team to ensure the execution of the Group Treasury policy and to support treasury operations,
• ensure compliance with internal audit requirements and support both internal and external audits,
• work in close collaboration with the Chief Accountant (matrix structure) and the centralized Accounting Manager, ensuring accurate financial reporting and efficient financial operations,
• manage the local team, ensuring strong financial leadership.

Apply if you have:

• over 5 years’ experience in the Finance Management field,
• advanced business level of English and Italian, German would be an advantage,
• professional qualification: CPA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent preferred,
• highly developed organizational and coordination skills,
• ability to work on multiple tasks or countries simultaneously,
• critical thinking, problem-solving, and negotiation skills,
• capacity to make quick but rational decisions,
• ability to manage, develop, and inspire teams.
