HR TITAN is seeking an experienced Regional Employment Director to lead our efforts in connecting skilled and unskilled workers from India, Bangladesh, Vietnam, the Philippines, Thailand, and Malaysia to top employers across Europe.

Role Overview:

As the Regional Employment Director, you will play a pivotal role in expanding HR TITAN’s operations by identifying and partnering with companies across Europe who are eager to tap into the diverse and dynamic talent pool from Asia. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes and building strategic relationships with businesses in Italy, Slovakia, Hungary, Poland, Germany, Norway, Czechia, Bulgaria, Romania, Latvia, Croatia, Portugal, Spain, Malta, Austria, the Netherlands, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

• Talent Mapping & Employer Outreach: Identify industries and companies in need of skilled and unskilled labor, including sectors such as healthcare, construction, hospitality, and IT, and promote HR TITAN’s recruitment services.
• Building Partnerships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with HR departments and decision-makers of companies across the target regions to facilitate the hiring of foreign workers.
• Market Analysis & Strategy Development: Conduct market research on the regional labor market trends and demands, ensuring that HR TITAN’s solutions remain ahead of industry needs.
• Compliance & Coordination: Ensure that all recruitment practices comply with local labor laws and international regulations governing foreign workers and migration.
• End-to-End Recruitment Management: Oversee the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to final placement, ensuring a seamless experience for both the worker and the employer.

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience in recruitment, HR, or international workforce management, especially within Europe.
• Strong understanding of migration trends, work visa processes, and the legal requirements for hiring foreign talent.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• A strong network of connections within the HR and recruitment sectors across Europe.
• Fluency in English; additional European languages a plus.
