Your Main Tasks

  • Lead and support TEOA (TE Operating Advantage) deployment within assigned functions (e.g., Customer Care, Supply Chain).
  • Facilitate Kaizen events, process mapping sessions, and gap analyses across various business functions.
  • Deliver Continuous Improvement training (onsite and remotely), including tools and problem-solving methodologies.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities, lead cross-functional projects, and implement best practices.
  • Collaborate closely with TEOA team members across regions to ensure alignment and success.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to support transformation at both site and functional levels.
  • Provide structured CI training to functional teams to build internal capability and sustainability.
  • Support manufacturing environments by participating in plant visits and training initiatives (travel up to once per month).

Your Ideal Background

  • Minimum 4 years of hands-on Continuous Improvement experience.
  • Proven success leading cross-functional CI projects (not limited to manufacturing).
  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification or equivalent practical experience.
  • Background in business process improvement (e.g., supply chain, sales, customer service).
  • Experience delivering training sessions on CI tools and methodologies (onsite and remote).
  • Experience working across multiple countries and cultures.
  • Strong self-organization and accountability—100% remote work capability.
  • Fluent in English.
