Automobili Lamborghini is seeking a Regional Commercial Controlling professional for its Sant’Agata Bolognese HQ. You will manage finance activities for the region and related markets, and oversee the Sales Department's financial aspects including brand strategy and customer journey initiatives.
The role emphasizes budgeting, financial evaluation, cost approvals and performance analysis, with travel availability and the opportunity to shape regional results in partnership with the Head of
Competenze
- University Degree in Economics, Engineering or equivalent.
- 5-10 years’ experience in Controlling.
- Advanced Excel user; MicroStrategy and SAC are a plus.
- English knowledge; German is a plus.
- Analytical thinking and proactivity in financial proposals.
- Capacity to view the company from a wide standpoint and to partner in controlling.
- Willingness to travel.
Mansioni
- Coordinate the Budget and Planning Round approval process within departments, NSC and Regional Office.
- Financial evaluation of new dealers/market openings proposals.
- Cost/Investment approval and discount/tactical approvals.
- Analyse product marginality among markets and drive regional financial performance.
- Lead the dashboard analysis to identify improvement measures for region and HQ results.
- Support Head of Region/Controlling in financial evaluations.
