Place of Work: We are looking for the Regional Category Management & Business Developer to join the Global Channels & Sales Operations Support Team.

The person will be in charge of supervising the growth of its Region by coordinating the AoR Category Managers & Business Developers and by managing a portfolio of existing Customers and adding new prospects in MORE, the Vendor Management Inventory system of Marcolin for its best Accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the AoR Category Managers & Business Developers in their management of the assigned portfolio of Customers following the weekly automatic replenishments to our Customers’ stores/warehouses;
  • Provide the Regional Commercial Coordinators with detailed analysis on the project development in the markets, Regional sell in and sell out reports and status of the customer activations in More;
  • Based on the Commercial guidelines, approach new Key Accounts to include in the project;
  • Maintain and promote a direct relationship with the Key Accounts to guarantee the functional performances of the system, ensuring alignment of quality of assortment, facing coverage and stock levels with customer expectations, identifying and assigning coherent KPIs;
  • Identify potential drivers for the improvement of the sell-out and performances, through the analysis of sales data and facing, reporting any optimization opportunities to KAM / Sales Manager and supporting them for the implementation process;
  • Optimize procedures in different markets by coordinating the AoR referents within the Region;
  • Integrate the needs of all stakeholders in the MORE Project (Client, KAM, Sales Manager, Customer Service, Trade Marketing, Planning and Logistics);
  • Be a “solution provider” for specific customer needs, identifying ways to integrate them with Company procedures.

Requirements

  • Knowledge/Experience of Category Management and/or Sales Analysis;
  • Experience in coordinating a small team;
  • Advanced knowledge of English; additional languages will be considered a plus;
  • Problem-solving and commercial mindset with an analytical approach;
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Business Object;
  • Project management skills;
  • Dynamic, passionate, and enthusiastic attitude;
  • Ability to listen and manage commercial relationships;
  • Willingness to travel abroad.
