We are seeking a Regional Category Management & Business Developer to join the Global Channels & Sales Operations Support Team.

The role involves supervising regional growth by coordinating Category Managers & Business Developers, managing existing customer portfolios, and acquiring new prospects using the MORE Vendor Management Inventory system for key accounts.

Responsibilities:
  1. Coordinate Category Managers & Business Developers managing customer portfolios, ensuring weekly automatic replenishments.
  2. Provide detailed market analysis, sell-in and sell-out reports, and customer activation status to Regional Commercial Coordinators.
  3. Approach new key accounts following commercial guidelines to expand the project.
  4. Maintain direct relationships with key accounts to ensure system performance, proper assortment, coverage, and stock levels, with defined KPIs.
  5. Identify sales performance drivers through data analysis, report opportunities, and support implementation.
  6. Optimize procedures across markets by coordinating regional referents.
  7. Integrate stakeholder needs within the MORE project, acting as a solution provider for customer-specific requirements.
Requirements:
  • Experience in Category Management and/or Sales Analysis.
  • Experience in team coordination.
  • Advanced English skills; additional languages are a plus.
  • Problem-solving, commercial mindset, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Business Object.
  • Project management skills.
  • Dynamic, passionate, and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Ability to manage commercial relationships and listen effectively.
  • Willingness to travel abroad.
