JINGDONG Logistics in Milan is seeking a professional to contribute to the optimization of last-mile capacity planning and execution across our global network. You will be involved in capacity planning, risk mitigation, execution analysis, and continuous process improvements to ensure timely delivery and high service levels in a dynamic logistics environment.

• Last Mile capacity planning: Creation of structured capacity plans on a 1-6 months time frame
• Last Mile Risk Mitigation: Monitor actual capacity to identify capacity risks and propose risk mitigation approaches
• Execution analysis: Analyze and understand gaps between plan and execution and work with relevant stakeholders to rectify gaps
• System and Process Optimization: Implement continuous improvement processes to constantly improve the quality of our last mile capacity
• Peak Planning: Create and coordinate the execution of peak capcity plans
