Chaberton Professionals is one of the recruiting divisions of Chaberton Partners. For our client, a multinational company operating in natural & gourmet snacks sector, we are looking for a Regional Key Account Manager Veneto. As Regional Key Account Manager you are responsible for delivering the yearly, and long term, profitable sales growth of your customers.
Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing an account plan in line with the company strategy and the development of a strong commercial relationship.
- Translating the brand strategy at the customer level by means of the growth pillars range, shelf, promotions, displays, ...
- Translating the national marketing initiatives that contribute to the growth of the company volumes
- To achieve an optimal return on the available budget and resources
- Monitoring and management of all administrative, logistical or financial problems encountered by customers in close consultation with the sales assistant
- Developing and implementing a profitable price, packaging and promotional strategy
- Taking care of the relationship and contract management to achieve the commercial objectives and make responsible choices regarding the use of budget and resources
- Working closely with Category Management to jointly develop and implement key levers that enable you to grow the business
- Collaborating with field sales, focusing on an effective market approach by translating the range and promotional initiatives into clear KPI’s
- Building and maintaining an effective network within the FMCG market
- Analyzing and translating all relevant market data
- Efficient communication of relevant commercial information to other internal or external stakeholders
- Building sustainable contacts with the customers, strong analytical skills, proactive thinking and acting, in combination with a hands-on mentality and a team player profile are critical to the success of this position
Education
Bachelor diploma or equivalent
Professional requirements
- First FMCG experience is a must
- Knowledge about Italian trade structure inside Italian Retail
- Understanding of Sales Process dynamics (interrelations head office vs regions vs agencies level)
- Basic knowledge on IRI / Nielsen data
- Excellent Execution
- Affinity with numbers
- Eager to learn
- Language : Fluent in written and spoken Italian, strong understanding of English (written and spoken)
