Job Purpose

The Regional Account Manager will focus on the Semiconductor Wafer Level Packaging segment within SAS, supporting specialty plating chemistries for US customers. The role involves building and maintaining long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with key customers, aiming to drive revenue, margin growth, and strategic account development.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve year-over-year revenue and margin growth targets for assigned accounts.
  • Coordinate resources internally and externally to align with customer needs and strategic goals.
  • Act as the primary contact and trusted advisor to customers, helping them meet their strategic initiatives through our products and services.
  • Contribute to strategic planning and execution for specific sites within strategic accounts, collaborating with global account teams.
  • Ensure profitable growth across all Lines of Business within assigned accounts.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field; graduate degrees and credentials are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel 25% or more.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work remotely, preferably in a semiconductor-centric area.

Skills

  • Strong industry knowledge, especially in semiconductor, advanced packaging, and OSAT markets.
  • Existing industry network or target sector contacts.
  • Experience with selling related technologies.

Education

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or a relevant industry.
