Stanley Black & Decker in Italy (Vimercate or Monvalle) invites a Regional Category Specialist to join the Logistics Procurement team. This permanent role offers a hybrid work model with 2 days on-site and 3 days remote.

You will drive warehousing tenders, lead 3PL contracts, manage KPI dashboards, and collaborate across operations, legal, finance, and IT to deliver value and service excellence. A degree in Business, Logistics, or related field and at least 2 years in procurement or logistics

Competenze

Requires a degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in procurement or logistics with exposure to 3PL and contract logistics.
Strong analytical, planning, project management, and organizational skills with attention to detail.

Mansioni

Serve as go-to for external storage capacity, 3PL integrated warehousing solutions, and cross-dock setups.
Launch 3PL warehousing tenders (RFQs), evaluate offers, and present recommendations.
Lead warehousing negotiations and manage 3PL contracting with operations, legal, finance, compliance, and IT.
Create and maintain SOPs, MSAs, and reporting frameworks for 3PL activities.
Manage relationships with logistics partners across the EMEA ANZ region and support internal stakeholders.
Update KPI dashboards and lead regular performance reviews with 3PL partners.
Identify warehousing optimization opportunities through local engagement and meetings.
