Butternut Box in Milano is looking for a Recruitment Specialist to manage the full recruitment process while supporting core HR operations. You will work closely with the People Team and hiring managers to optimize the recruitment strategy and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of recruitment experience, an interest in HR operations, and strong communication skills. The role offers a hybrid work model along with 25 vacation days and 5 additional days for personal wellbeing.

Competenze

• Minimum 2 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, ideally in high-volume sales.
• A genuine interest in HR operations and employee engagement.
• Experience with HRIS or ATS platforms and a knack for streamlining processes.
