Competenze

  • 1-2 anni di esperienza in reclutamento.
  • Laurea in Psicologia, Sociologia o studi umanitari; master in HR è gradito.
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (livello B2).

Within the People Office area of the CPEO (Chief People Office) department of Europ Assistance's Mediterranean region (Italy, Spain and Portugal), we are looking for a Recruitment & Onboarding Specialist who will fully manage assigned recruitment processes, ensure effective onboarding and offboarding processes and support in employer branding related activities.

What will you be responsible for?

  • Hiring Process Support
  • Manage the submission and recounting of pre-employment documents, perform verifications required by company policy, and produce documentation needed by the people administration function.
  • Onboarding & Offboarding
  • ensure the onboarding and offboarding path for all incoming and outgoing people, following / improving existing processes to promote an effective employee experience
  • Employer Branding
  • Representing the company in a positive and professional way to attract top talent through support in internal and external communication projects, recruitment campaigns, collaborations with institutions and universities for career fairs.
  • Data Analysis
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to improve the effectiveness of the selection process.
  • You are the person we are looking for if

You have between 1 and 2 years of experience in recruitment in employment agencies or structured companies with a focus on customer care / operations selections

You have a bachelor's degree in psychology, sociology or humanistic studies - master's degree in HR is nice to have

Excellent organizational and team working skills

You know how to achieve results and consider yourself a determined and structured person

Using the English language is not a problem (at least level B2)

Good knowledge of excel
