Responsibilities:

1. Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to evaluation and presenting candidates to clients.
2. Collaborate with your team, manage relationships with candidates, client companies, and strategic entities to become a local reference point.
3. Support clients by analyzing their needs and advising on the best solutions and profiles, providing professional consultation.

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience in staffing agencies or HR in structured environments.
• Preferably a degree in humanistic or economic subjects.
• Strong interest in HR and a desire to challenge yourself.
• Customer-oriented, empathetic, good listener, goal-driven.
• Proficient in English and MS Office.
