IN YOUR ROLE YOU WILL

  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team on recruiting report requests, providing data-driven insights.
  • Develop and maintain talent acquisition analytical reports and forecasts using various systems to support recruiting leadership and stakeholders.
  • Work with HR leaders to develop insights that drive actionable decisions.
  • Use strong consulting skills and business acumen to advise leaders on talent acquisition opportunities.
  • Communicate recommendations on prioritization and influence leaders through data, analytics, and interpretation.
  • Support recruiting with metrics, reporting, and advanced analytics.
  • Conduct research to inform data-driven talent strategies across industries.
  • Identify and execute opportunities to improve data and insights for attracting top talent.
  • Gather, analyze, and interpret research data using methods like surveys and database mining.
  • Evaluate and report on new talent acquisition initiatives to understand their effectiveness and forecast trends.
  • Prepare HR reports, dashboards, presentations, and analyses on key metrics.
  • Support ad hoc reporting needs, creating automated solutions where possible.
  • Maintain consistency in global talent acquisition metrics.
