Ce stage permettra d'acquérir une formation pratique dans l'acquisition de talents, en travaillant avec une équipe expérimentée. Vous découvrirez l'ensemble du processus de recrutement, ainsi que l'opportunité de collaborer avec des clients italiens et internationaux.

• Sourcer des candidats via LinkedIn et autres outils.
• Assister dans les appels de présélection et interviews.

Are you a student or recent graduate (graduated in 2025) passionate about people and curious to explore the HR world?

At PeoItaly, a specialized recruitment and HR consulting firm, we’re offering a hands-on internship opportunity where you'll learn the foundations of talent acquisition in a supportive and dynamic environment.

What You’ll Do?

Working closely with our experienced team, you’ll:

• Support the analysis of job profiles and client requirements
• Source potential candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and other tools
• Assist in screening calls and interviews
• Prepare candidate reports and presentations for clients

What We’re Looking For?

• Bachelor’s or Master’s student, or recent graduate (Humanities, Business, Psychology or related fields)
• Strong interest in HR, recruitment, and talent development
• Familiarity with LinkedIn
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
• Good knowledge of English and Italian (C1 level or higher)
