Position: Junior Recruiter Specialist - Internship

Adecco Italia SpA, within its Customer Centric Business Unit, is seeking a Junior Recruiter Specialist for an internship at the Recruiting Center, supporting a major client of The Adecco Group.

The selected candidate will assist with various recruitment activities, including candidate screening, job postings, and interview coordination. The internship offers structured training to develop technical and soft skills in HR.

Requirements:

• Immediate availability for at least 3 months, with potential extension to 6 months
• Full-time availability, Monday to Friday, 09:00-13:00 and 14:00-18:00
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment
• Fluent Italian language skills (excellent level)
