Position: RECRUITER SPECIALIST JUNIOR (Internship)

Adecco Italia SpA, within its Customer Centric Business Unit, is seeking a Junior Recruiter Specialist for an internship within the Recruiting Center, dedicated to a major client of The Adecco Group.

The selected candidate will support various activities related to talent search and selection. The internship includes a structured training program to enhance technical and transversal skills in human resources.

Requirements:

• Immediate availability for a minimum of 3 months, with the possibility of extension for another 3 months.
• Full-time availability: Monday to Friday, 09:00-13:00 and 14:00-18:00.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Mass recruitment activities and CV screening.
• Supporting attraction activities.
• Conducting interviews and selection processes.
• Preparing and updating reports.
• Publishing job advertisements.

Additional Information:

• Location: Milan (MI), easily accessible by public transport.
• The internship offers a reimbursement and meal vouchers.
• Expected start date: 02/08/2025.

Language Skills:

• Italian - Excellent level
