We have an exciting opportunity for a Recruiter EMEA in our Milan’s office.

Department Overview:

At Capri Holdings, our Talent Acquisition EMEA team plays a key role in shaping the future of our iconic fashion houses—Versace, Jimmy Choo, and Michael Kors. We are committed to attracting and hiring diverse, world-class talent by delivering a high-touch candidate experience and partnering closely with the business. With a strong focus on innovation, inclusion, and strategic sourcing, our team supports EMEA hiring needs across creative, corporate, retail, and operations functions.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own and drive the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top-tier talent across fashion-related and operations functions, including key markets such as Italy and Switzerland.
  • Collaborate with global headquarters to align on recruitment strategies, ensuring consistency in employer branding and candidate messaging.
  • Partner with hiring managers to support employer branding initiatives, strengthening our position as an employer of choice within the fashion and operations space.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners, recruitment agencies, and fashion industry stakeholders to expand candidate pipelines.
  • Monitor industry hiring trends, talent market dynamics, and competitive practices to provide insight-driven recruiting strategies.
  • Guide hiring managers through interview best practices, offer development, negotiation, and hiring decisions, leveraging tools such as Workday.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and HR Business Partners by understanding business goals, role expectations, and ideal candidate profiles across both creative and operational teams.
  • Deliver a seamless and engaging candidate experience from initial outreach to offer acceptance.
  • Maintain up-to-date candidate and client records in internal systems, with a focus on data integrity and process efficiency.
  • Execute innovative sourcing strategies to proactively build a diverse and qualified talent pool in both corporate and operations roles.
  • Utilize various sourcing channels—including job boards, social media, and industry-specific networking events—to attract both active and passive candidates.

You’ll Need to Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 2–3 years of experience successfully sourcing and hiring passive candidates in a fast-paced, competitive talent market
  • Experience recruiting for roles preferably within the fashion, luxury, lifestyle, or operations sectors
  • Experience recruiting in and familiarity with the Italian talent market, including knowledge of local recruitment practices and professional networks
  • Proven success in managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including direct sourcing
