Role Description

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Junior Recruiter to join our team. This internship provides the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in various aspects of human resources within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

The Junior Recruiter will:

  • Support recruitment and onboarding processes, including job posting, resume screening, and interview scheduling
  • Assist with employee lifecycle processes, such as promotions, transfers, and terminations
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with the HR Manager on key initiatives and projects
Skills and Experience

To qualify for the role, you must have:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources, economics, psychology, or a related field
  • Good command of English (at least B2 level)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Attention to detail with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong interest in pursuing a career in human resources
