This position offers a full-time, fixed-term contract lasting 6 to 10 months, with various benefits including thirteenth and fourteenth salaries.

We are looking for passionate, motivated, and ambitious individuals to join our Front Office department at our Hotels: Grand Hotel Piazza Borsa, Splendid Hotel La Torre, Hotel e Villaggio Torre Normanna.

Highly motivated or experienced reception professionals are very welcome to join our team. We are preparing to reinforce our GH Piazza Borsa team for the 2025 season.

Are you communicative and solution-focused? Do you deliver genuine service? Can you identify guest wishes and act accordingly?

Our mission? To transform a traditional, successful Sicilian hotel company into a refreshed, highly skilled, innovative, international, and fun environment to achieve even greater success!

Main Responsibilities
  • Take reservations, handle check-ins and check-outs, and manage telephone inquiries
  • Assist in daily front office and back office operations
  • Maintain good relationships with guests and assist with their needs
  • Maintain and improve hotel standards
  • Manage guest feedback and complaints effectively
  • Coordinate with other hotel departments to deliver high-standard services
Requirements
  • Fluent in English, German, and French
  • At least 4-5 years of experience in a city hotel with more than 100 rooms
  • Ability to manage stressful situations
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Willing to work in shifts and on seasonal contracts (CCNL TURISMO), at least for the first year(s) depending on experience
  • Open to both senior and junior professionals with varying levels of experience
  • Trustworthy, ambitious, high performer, dynamic, and detail-oriented
  • T-Shaped profiles are highly welcomed

Location: Palermo and surroundings.
