Receptionist Part Time for Protected Categories Art 1 L 68/99, Italy/Milan

Italy/Milan

The candidate, belonging to protected categories, will be employed at the client company located in Milan, Affori area.

The position is a fixed-term contract initially lasting 12 months with the possibility of subsequent permanent employment. The role is classified under the Metalmeccanica industry national collective agreement (CCNL), with a net monthly salary of €800 for a 21-hour workweek, from Monday to Friday, approximately from 14:00 to 18:00. The company offers free and reserved parking and provides Metalmeccanica welfare benefits.

The collaboration is expected to start in September 2025, with flexible hours to facilitate your transition into the role.

Role Description

The candidate will handle reception duties for clients and visitors, register visitors, manage couriers and mail, answer incoming calls and emails. They will also organize and book meeting rooms, manage employee travel and movements, and support the sales department with incoming orders and customer service.

Mandatory belonging to protected categories under Article 1 of Law 68 (civil invalidity). This requirement is strictly necessary for participation in the selection and must be clearly indicated in the CV submitted.

Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken.

Strong interpersonal skills and availability for part-time afternoon work as specified.
