The Receptionist & Office Assistant is part of the Facility Team based at the Novara office. The resource will report to the Facility Manager and will be responsible for managing daily office operations and providing administrative support.

This position is a fixed-term contract as a maternity cover.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Welcome and assist visitors, ensuring a professional reception experience.
  2. Manage incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and packages efficiently.
  3. Coordinate with suppliers and service providers to ensure smooth office operations.
  4. Oversee the booking and management of the pool car, including booking, key handling, and ensuring compliance with company policy.
  5. Maintain office supplies inventory, placing orders as needed to ensure adequate stock levels.
  6. Provide general administrative support, including meeting room bookings and internal communications.
Your Talent :
  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Flexibility and ability to work according to priorities.
  • Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Solid Microsoft Office knowledge: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
  • Good knowledge of English;
