What the job involves
  • Cover Front of House and Reception services at our Client’s office.
  • Welcome, meet, and greet all visitors and clients.
  • Assist with internal/external bookings, ensuring full meeting room accountability.
  • Ensure all meeting rooms, services, VC, facilities, and public areas are maintained to high standards.
  • Facilitate room setups, including moving furniture as needed.
  • Monitor room status and prepare rooms for upcoming bookings.
  • Provide information on facilities, arrange viewings, and accompany clients on tours.
  • Maintain awareness of business activities and communicate updates with regional teams.
Skills & Experience
  • Experience working within a corporate environment.
  • Independent, self-managing, and a great networker.
  • Professional and confident in telephone manners, with excellent communication skills and good computer literacy.
  • Ability to use initiative and stay calm under pressure.
  • Strong team player with multitasking and prioritization skills.
  • Flexible approach to departmental needs.
  • Good educational background with strong command of English.
  • Good sense of humor and approachable personality.
