Job Description:

Synergie Italia spa, divisione Synergie68, is seeking candidates for an international aerospace company.

Position: Front / Back Office Employee - Protected Categories

The selected candidate will work under the supervision of the manager and will be responsible for:

• Front office activities, including reception management, client greeting, email and phone call handling;
• Back office and administrative support tasks such as electronic invoicing, bookkeeping, and document archiving.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree;
• Good knowledge of English - level B2 - to be tested during the interview;
• Organizational skills and ability to work in a team;
• Registration under Law 68/99, Art. 1 (protected categories).

Additional Information:

• Direct employment with an initial fixed-term contract of 6 months with potential for extension;
• Part-time work: 21 hours per week, afternoons from Monday to Friday;
• Work location: San Mauro Torinese.
