The Facilities Assistant provides administrative and organizational support to Florence Head Office teams and Milan Supply Chain office team, ensuring they are supported to enable a smooth and efficient running of the office.
RESPONSIBILITIES
To perform general office administration tasks, including managing orders of stationery and office supplies
To create POs in Ariba for all utilities invoices, services, rents and leases
To be responsible for daily mails and shipments with different couriers custom clearance assistance
To manage all Company car fleet for employers in Milan, Scandicci and Piacenza
To be the point of contact for all Health & Safety enquiries
To support the external RSPP in all Burberry and statutory requirements
To manage suppliers and technicians on all operational activities for the sites.
PERSONAL PROFILE
Eligible to L. 68/99
Previous experience working as a Team Assistant to Management or in an administrative role
Computer literate, particularly in Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint
Experience with Ariba/SAP preferred
Experience in using technology for meetings (videocalls via Microsoft Teams)
Strong administrative and organizational skills with the ability to multitask
