Responsibilities

• Assist guests with inquiries and requests
• Welcome guests, process their Check-in and Check-out
• Engage with customers, take orders, and serve food and beverages
• Prepare bills and handle payments

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role
• Ability to collaborate within a team and other departments
• Flexibility to work shifts any day of the week, including at least 2 nights per week
• Strong customer service skills
• Proficiency in spoken English
