SUSHISAMBA, a globally renowned luxury brand known for exceptional entertainment and experiential cuisine inspired by Japanese, Brazilian, and Peruvian flavors, is opening its first restaurant in Italy within the historic Torre Velasca, just steps from the Duomo di Milano and the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele.

Role

Join SushiSamba Milan as a Reception & Reservation Manager and become the heart of the guest experience, ensuring that every reservation and welcome is handled with efficiency, enthusiasm, and attention to detail. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing reservations, coordinating tables, and optimizing the guest experience.
  • Welcoming guests with courtesy, professionalism, and enthusiasm, both in person and over the phone.
  • Coordinating the hostess and reservation team to ensure a smooth and high-quality service.
  • Keeping systems and databases updated with reservations, contacts, and special requests.
  • Handling special requests and proactively resolving any issues.
  • Collaborating with the front-of-house and kitchen teams to ensure service consistency and quality.
  • Participating in briefings and contributing to improving operational processes.
What we are looking for

Previous experience in high-end restaurants, preferably managing reservations and reception. Fluent in Italian and English; additional languages are a plus. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Positive attitude, team spirit, and strong attention to detail. Passion for hospitality and the ability to thrive in dynamic, multicultural environments.
