Job Description:

We looking to add a candidate with 1 to 3 years of experience in the RE industry for our Real Estate Investment / Underwriting Team.

Operational activities

• Analysis of new investment opportunities through the development of business plans and valuation.
• Business modeling and RE valuations to support investment decisions, oversee external providers’ activities.
• Support the senior team by providing market analysis and preparing teasers and investment memorandum.
• Possibility to perform asset inspections/site visits.
• Cadastral and town planning analysis will be part of the activities.

Technical skills

• Computing skills with, high capabilities in using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and other Office applications.
• Experience with Sister AdE Platform will be a plus, as well as Visual Basic knowledge & CAD.
• Strong analytical, numerical and financial management skills combined with the ability to analyze reports and present them to senior colleagues.

Personal skills

• From 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in the RE valuation.
• Previous experience in Valuation/Advisory in independent advisory roles will be positively considered.
• Fluent both in Italian and English, any other European language will be a plus.
• Bachelor of Science/Business Administration in Finance, Engineering or Architecture (with a focus on Real Estate).
• Problem-solving, planning, ability to work under pressure, organizing and analytical skills with the ability to guide and coach others in the resolution of complex problems. A teamwork attitude is required.
• Very good communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with internal and external clients at all levels.
• Competencies include: Decision Making, Interpersonal Abilities, Planning and Organizing, Problem Solving & Analytical Thinking.
