Job Description:

The Opportunity

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Real Estate System Administrator & Reporting Specialist to join our global Real Estate team. This is an exciting opportunity to manage and optimize our Real Estate data through the Archibus platform and other systems.

How You'll Make An Impact

1. Administer our real estate data management system (Archibus), including defining and testing enhancements.
2. Update training materials and playbooks to support system adoption and knowledge sharing.
3. Assist in system integrations with SAP and other enterprise applications.
4. Create or enhance insightful reports, KPIs, and visualizations to communicate key performance indicators using data from Archibus and other sources.
5. Develop standardized performance metrics and benchmarks to evaluate portfolio performance.
6. Apply statistical analysis and modeling to forecast space demand, occupancy, and rental income.
7. Collaborate with real estate teams to deliver tailored reporting and visualizations.
8. Create strategic portfolio planning analysis.
9. Share reports with different Hitachi teams (Sustainability, BU, Hitachi Group, Communication, etc.).
10. Act as a liaison between Real Estate, IT, and external vendors, supporting portfolio optimization initiatives led by the Head of Real Estate Portfolio Management.

Your Background

1. At least 5 years of experience in data processing, analysis, and reporting.
2. Proficiency in tools such as Excel, Power BI, SharePoint, ServiceNow, or similar platforms, with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights.
3. Strong problem-solving skills, proactive approach, and highly organized.
4. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
5. Interest in emerging technologies and digital transformation.
6. Degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, or related field.
7. Experience as a key user of enterprise systems and knowledge of SAP is a plus.
8. Familiarity with real estate operations and data management systems is a plus.
9. Valid EU work permit.
