Real estate Senior Asset Manager

Offerta

The candidate will have the following responsibilities:

• Participate in design calls and design meetings
• Give input to the professional team to determine final design and construction specifications
• Give input in the finalisation of the setup of the professional team
• Assist to agree construction phases and objectives as per project and specific tenant requirements
• Assist in the construction procurement process, including on costs and contract form
• Guide in setting up all project reporting
• Give insight in transform process, risks, opportunities
• Generally, assist to create an institutional product that can be sold to core investors

Competenze ed esperienza

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, business administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Real Estate Project Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of real estate development processes, construction practices, and regulations.
• Excellent project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of local building codes and zoning laws.
• Fluent in English - Spanish will be considered a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Experience with commercial real estate projects.
• Master's degree in related field.
