Job Description: We are seeking an associate for our Real Estate department in Milan to support real estate project development and administration.

Key Responsibilities:

• International Collaboration: Work in a dynamic, international context closely linked with our headquarters.
• Responsibility and Support: Assist in managing our real estate portfolio, projects (including market interface and location strategy masterplanning), lease contract management, and other related tasks. Activities mainly in Italy and other EMEA countries.

Candidate Profile:

• Education: Degree in Economics or Engineering.
• Experience: 3 to 5 years in real estate, negotiation, project management, or facility management.
• Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Power BI.
• Languages: Fluent in English; German is a plus.
• Work Style: Result-driven, flexible, and methodical.
• Personality: Team player with good communication skills.

Additional Requirements: Availability to travel within Italy and internationally, depending on project developments.
