The team

The Real Estate Project Manager, reporting to the Real Estate Manager, leads real estate projects across instrumental buildings — from refurbishments and new openings to logistics optimization. Ensures projects are delivered on time, on budget, and in line with business goals.

Also manages day-to-day Property Management: certifications, landlord relations, and cost monitoring.

Your role

  • Acquisition & Development

Scout and assess new logistics sites.

Lead market analysis, lease/sale negotiations, and due diligence.

Oversee development and upgrades of logistics facilities.

Ensure compliance, budget control, and coordination with internal teams. Integrate sustainable solutions.

Enhance real estate performance through renewals, renegotiations, and strategic upgrades or consolidation.

  • Compliance & Safety

Ensure regulatory compliance, manage certifications (LEED/BREEAM), and supervise maintenance and safety plans.

  • Stakeholder Management & Reporting

Coordinate with suppliers and authorities.

Report on progress, KPIs, and investment cases to leadership.

Requirements

Education & Experience

  • Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Real Estate, or similar
  • 3–4 years in real estate project management, ideally in logistics/industrial
  • Strong knowledge of leasing, development, and construction

Technical Skills

  • Familiar with planning/building regs
  • Budget management and project tools (MS Project, Primavera, etc.)
  • Ability to read technical plans

Soft Skills

  • Skilled in negotiation, problem-solving, and stakeholder management
  • Team leadership and clear communication

Languages

Willing to travel nationally and internationally
