The team
The Real Estate Project Manager, reporting to the Real Estate Manager, leads real estate projects across instrumental buildings — from refurbishments and new openings to logistics optimization. Ensures projects are delivered on time, on budget, and in line with business goals.
Also manages day-to-day Property Management: certifications, landlord relations, and cost monitoring.
Your role
Scout and assess new logistics sites.
Lead market analysis, lease/sale negotiations, and due diligence.
Oversee development and upgrades of logistics facilities.
Ensure compliance, budget control, and coordination with internal teams. Integrate sustainable solutions.
Enhance real estate performance through renewals, renegotiations, and strategic upgrades or consolidation.
Ensure regulatory compliance, manage certifications (LEED/BREEAM), and supervise maintenance and safety plans.
Coordinate with suppliers and authorities.
Report on progress, KPIs, and investment cases to leadership.
