Job summary

DNV is seeking a REMPROC Expert to support Real Estate Planning, Property Management, Facility Management, Performance Management and Procurement Management across the West, South & East Europe region. You’ll work with a diverse team of six professionals and engage with multiple stakeholders across several countries.

The ideal candidate speaks Italian natively and English fluently, has 5+ years in related fields, and is adaptable to change.

Qualifications

• Has no less than 5 years practical experience in real estate-, facility- and procurement management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate real estate and procurement projects across Europe.
• Collaborate with regional offices and stakeholders to ensure delivery of projects.
• Analyze data gathering and reporting to drive optimization initiatives.

About The Role

In our stream Real Estate & Procurement Management we support the business area's by focusing on the next processes:

• Real Estate Planning - real estate capacity planning, workplace management, lease evaluations.
• Property Management - real estate projects, rent and services charges management, real estate cost allocations, lease agreement administration.
• Facility Management - facility management service providers, facility management procurement, customer service requests, building security management, building and property operations & maintenance.
• Performance Management - Portfolio Optimization, real estate savings reporting, benchmarking projects, energy consumption & sustainability reporting.
• Procurement Management - supplier relationship management, sourcing and purchasing, vendor registration, global & regional saving initiatives, support with global implementation projects.

Region WSEE (West, South & East Europe) is one of 11 Regions, including 2 Global Centers (Gdynia, Pune).

Our diverse Team consists of 6 professionals who are based in Arnhem (3), Madrid (1) and Vimercate (2).

Our regional scope is West, South & East Europe which contains 21 Countries with in total of 52 office locations. In this Region WSEE, we support over 2.100 DNV colleagues with their real estate and procurement requirements.

The Ideal Candidate For This Function

• has no less than 5 years practical experience in real estate-, facility- and procurement management
• is a native Italian speaker and speaks (business) English fluently
• is easy in communcation within a international / multicultural organisation on different managerial levels
• is mentaly flexible, always ready for change
• finds pride in delivering correct and complete projects and tasks
• understands that data gathering and - reporting is the base for optimization initiatives
• has a 'can-do' mentality
• lives by the phrase 'say what you do-do what you say'
• is willing to travel within Europe.

What we offer

The WSEE REMPROC Expert role is an interesting role with a broad list of tasks and responsibilities. You will work with many stakeholders / customers spread all over the organisation and the Region WSEE. You are expected to work quite autonomous, of course within the framework of our policies and management systems.Although we are carefull with CO2 productions, physical presence is needed sometimes to propell a project to success.You will work in a small, diverse Team where we take care of each-other, and where we dare to launch new ideas and initiatives.
