Overview

The candidate will support the Real Estate Team in activities including real estate and portfolio analysis, management, reporting, and administration.

Responsibilities

• Support as a Real Estate Junior Asset Manager, focusing on maximizing value across real estate assets.
• Develop and review asset management strategies, including hold/sell models.
• Use financial modeling techniques to evaluate scenarios and recovery strategies.
• Coordinate with external providers as directed.
• Review and update models based on market conditions.
• Review and update monthly budgets.
• Prepare internal models and reports.
• Analyze appraisal reports and provide insights.
• Assist in preparing business plans and quarterly reports.
• Update mark-to-market models and capital schedules.
• Understand real estate documentation and develop Excel models.
• Analyze potential acquisitions for REOCOs or REIFs.

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational and numerical skills with at least 24 months of experience in finance or real estate.
• Proficiency in Italian (C2) and fluency in English (B2/C1).
• Strong educational background in accounting or real estate.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with financial modeling and discounted cash flow analysis.
• Interest in Real Estate.
• Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
• Understanding of real estate valuation concepts is desirable.
