For our client, a prestigious real estate company operating in the luxury segment, we are looking for:

Location: Montepulciano

Position: Real Estate Analyst

Reporting to the acquisitions team, the candidate will be responsible for supporting the identification and evaluation of investment opportunities in the luxury real estate segment. Specifically, they will:

1. Conduct market analysis and identify potential high-end properties aligned with the company's investment strategies.
2. Perform financial and income evaluations of properties, developing business models and feasibility analyses.
3. Prepare reports and presentations to assess investment opportunities for management.
4. Monitor trends in the luxury real estate market and competitors.
5. Support relationship management with property owners and other stakeholders involved in transactions.

Requirements include:

• A degree in Economics, Finance, Management Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Excellent proficiency with financial analysis tools and modeling software (Excel, etc.).
• Critical and analytical thinking skills, results-oriented, with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Fluent in Italian and English (C1/C2 level). Knowledge of a third language is a plus.
• High professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity.
