Our client is a growing real estate company in Italy, specializing in the ownership, development, and management of retail, logistics, and residential properties across Spain, Portugal, and the UK.

Offerta

Key Responsibilities:
Acquisitions & Financing Management

• Prepare Project Information Memorandums, Financial Teasers, and Financial Models in collaboration with relevant teams. Oversee Due Diligence, Financing, and Valuation processes.

Asset Management & Compliance

• Assist in selecting Property Management and Professional Services Partners, ensuring smooth onboarding and compliance with corporate, financial, and tax regulations.

Financial & Operational Reporting

• Manage financial reporting to investors and lenders, reconciliation of Opex and Capex cashflows, and provide analysis to support leasing and Capex decisions.

Tenant & Asset Monitoring

• Oversee tenant debt management, discount petitions, and asset bank account reconciliations, while tracking KPIs to ensure operational efficiency.

Stakeholder Coordination & Communication

• Coordinate and maintain regular communication with internal and external stakeholders, including JV partners, service providers, and property management teams.

Competenze ed esperienza

Professional Experience

• At least 3 years of experience as a Real Estate Analyst or in a similar role within the real estate sector.

Educational Background

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Architecture, or related fields.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of financial modeling, valuation analysis, and cash flow management, with experience in Due Diligence processes.
• In-depth understanding of the real estate sector, including acquisition, financing, leasing, and asset management operations.
• Great communication and coordination skills, with experience managing relationships with partners, investors, and external service providers.

Languages

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of additional languages will be considered a plus.
