Selection 4.0, a technologically advanced company specializing in the search and selection of middle and top management profiles at both national and international levels, is seeking a React Developer for their team.

Our client is a well-known web company that is undertaking an ambitious expansion and internationalization program across Europe and globally. The company operates in B2C and app-based markets, with over 7 million users and more than 1 million downloads on the Play Store and App Store.

Objective: The successful candidate will play a key role in developing modern, high-performance, and highly intuitive user interfaces for cross-platform applications intended for both mobile devices and web. Responsibilities include designing and implementing front-end solutions that ensure a smooth, consistent, and quality user experience across all devices. The activity involves active engagement in every phase of the development cycle: from ideation, technology selection, to performance optimization and code maintenance. The candidate will collaborate daily with backend developers, UX/UI designers, and product stakeholders to translate ideas and requirements into effective, elegant, and scalable digital experiences.

Main responsibilities: The resource will work closely with the Product Owner and will be responsible for:

• Designing and developing cross-platform applications using React Native, compatible with iOS/Android devices and web platforms;
• Writing clean, structured, testable, and well-documented code;
• Optimizing performance and ensuring maintainability across all target platforms;
• Collaborating with teams to ensure a uniform and high-quality user experience;
• Conducting and contributing to continuous improvements in software quality.

Nice-to-have: Knowledge of Expo and its ecosystem; experience with Agile methodologies.
