Intertek is seeking RBI Practitioners to support EPC projects in the energy sector. You will build and validate RBI models, data structures, and inspection strategies, collaborating with corrosion and inspection engineers.

Responsibilities include data extraction from CAD drawings, marking corrosion loops, and aiding in PoF/CoF calculations. API 580/581 knowledge and IDMS platform experience are highly valued. A Mechanical Engineering background is preferred.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Materials, Chemical or equivalent.
• 5+ years RBI experience in EPC or operations if no degree.
• Experience with RBI studies and IDMS platforms.
• API 580 qualification or extensive RBI practice.
• API 581 training an advantage; AMPP/NACE beneficial.

Mansioni

• Populate RBI templates, data sheets, and risk models per API/DNV.
• Extract, interpret, and validate data from CAD files and drawings.
• Identify and mark corrosion loops, circuits, and inspection points.
• Assist in degradation mechanism assignment from process data.
• Develop inspection strategies and PoF/CoF inputs with seniors.
• Data mining and cleansing from EPC deliverables and vendor packages.
• Upload, structure, and validate data in RBI/IDMS platforms.
• Support RBI reports, inspection plans, and EPC technical docs.
• Ensure RBI work aligns with Client standards and codes.
