IQVIA Italia, a leading biotech-focused organization, seeks two Product Specialists to drive rare disease awareness initiatives in Lazio and Campania/Sicilia, based in the Rome metro area. The role focuses on increasing early diagnosis and referrals through territory plans and cross-functional collaboration.

The ideal candidate holds a scientific degree, has 3–5 years in pharmaceutical representation, and demonstrates strong English, Excel, and closing skills.

Qualifications

• Pharma sales experience required, 3–5 years ideal.
• Strong closing and negotiation skills.
• Solid scientific background and ability to explain complex data.

Responsibilities

• Increase awareness of rare diseases to support earlier diagnosis and timely referral.
• Identify educational needs of referring physicians to optimize disease awareness.
• Drive patient identification, diagnosis, and referral via territory plans with Regional Account Manager.
• Build relationships with hepatologists, gastroenterologists, and internists in the territory.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to segment referral centers and ensure patient access to treatments.
• Meet KPIs and call activity targets efficiently.
• Document account profiles and activities in the CRM.
