Ralph Lauren Corporation in Italy seeks a Store Manager to drive store performance with a customer-first culture across the EMEA region. You will lead and develop the team to deliver the highest standards of operational and inventory productivity, compliance and execution.

You will optimize resources, manage stock, schedule staff and partner with the Customer Experience team to meet replenishment targets and ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

EXCEED SALES AND PROFITABILITY TARGETS Deliver profit expectations by managing expenses and exceeding sales and key metric targets: Conversion, Units per transaction, Sales per worked hours and delivery and replenishment productivity Optimize the use of resource to improve productivity & efficiency Partner with CEM to implement action plans to minimize shrink and improve store compliance Identify opportunities to benefit the business Handle all product items with care to ensure that marked out of stock is minimized Manage Marked out of stock efficiently following company calendar & guidelines Maintain a safe working environment for customers & employees INSPIRE AND DEVELOP THE TEAM Lead & inspire the team to deliver process efficiencies to support the Customer Experience team Responsible for developing the best talent with skills to complete the Operational job roles Set goals, support personal development plans & opportunities linked to performance Create a working environment to support: creativity, strong work ethic & a passion for the RL Brand Manage the operational training of store process, technical devices including the registers Recognize achievements across all level of employees Manage teams adherence to the brand dress & grooming standards to ensure representation as Brand Ambassadors RL EXPERIENCE AND SERVICE MODEL Embrace & demonstrate the RL service philosophy & model Support the consistent communication, drive the RL Experience service model to an exceptional level to ensure a positive lasting impression Coach & support the team to create a customer first culture within all operational efficiencies Share product knowledge ,to ensure operational efficiencies & fulfilment of product Drive operational efficiencies to ensure that the customer experience team can connect, convert and conclude Handle customer queries positively and professionally BRAND PRESENTATION AND OPERATIONAL EFFICIENCY Manage delivery processing & inventory flow, to increase sales & exceed delivery processing KPI's Ensure deliveries are treated with priority & efficiently to avoid any loss of sales Partner with the customer experience team to ensure daily replenishment requirements are achieved & replenishment targets are exceeded Monitor & manage the RFID & IPOD processes to ensure daily compliance Manage the workforce scheduling tool, ensure daily, weekly, monthly data are maintained Implement the customer support model store guidelines to an excellent standard Demonstrate a good understanding of product seasonality, source, Concepts & key volume lines Optimize the customer support space to match seasonal changes & inventory levels Ensure compliance to company policy & procedures including, cash management and Health & Safety. Manage store supply requirements & expenses within agree budget Set high standards of housekeeping in all store support areas, create a behaviour within the teams to maintain high standards Manage store opening, closing elements which relate to registers , cash management efficiently to company guidelines, daily reconciliation & call out any financial risk to line Managers

• Required language: English + local language Starting base salary equal to € 43.000 (Full Time). Once the successful candidate is selected, the salary offer will be based on objective and gender-neutral criteria such as experience, skills, responsibilities, and location. Target Bonus: 15% of individual base salary. Bonus is discretionary and its payout depends on the achievement of certain metrics, as determined under the applicable bonus plan rules. Contractual level: CCNL Commercio - Level 3° Meal Vouchers: € 8,65/day per worked day of at least 6 hours.
