Alstom is seeking a Testing Specialist for V&V of SW and data. Based in Italy, you will perform IXL/ETCS/system functionality tests, define test plans, configure test benches, and deliver acceptance reports.

Field activities weekly across sites in Bologna, Rome or Bari, supporting testing and commissioning in system acceptance phases. The role requires an engineering degree and strong teamwork, with good written/spoken English and a software development mindset as a plus.

Competenze

• Engineering degree in Informatics, Electronics, Automation, IT, Telecom or equivalent.
• Strong teamworking attitude.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Software development skill and attitude is a plus.

Mansioni

• Defining plan of tests, identifying tests to be executed in laboratory and on-site.
• Configuring test tools and Test Benchs for the testing activities.
• SW testing session/process with other testing engineers on laboratory and on-site.
• Applying V&V methods & tools, configuration & change management per Alstom standards.
• Running and delivering test reports for the acceptance phase.
• Supporting Testing & Commissioning in system acceptance.
