Siemens is looking for a Railway Sales Specialist to be hired with a permanent contract for its premises in Milan. The professional will focus on the promotion and prescription of electric products in railway market infrastructure and rolling stock.
The Sales Specialist will lead the Electric Products portfolio and related business segments through strategic planning and market analysis, ensuring sales targets are met.

Key Responsibilities in the Short Term:
- Promote Electric Products in the railway market to grow the market share
- Expand the complete portfolio of low voltage products
- Support partners in providing accurate sales and services for railway products
- Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to analyze current offers and market opportunities, develop tools, reports, and dashboards to evaluate sales trends against budgets, and assist management in defining annual forecasts
- Influence key partners and decision-makers by providing insights into customer perspectives on innovation processes
- Deepen knowledge of the market and competitors’ offerings
- Achieve the annual sales targets for the Railway Market within Business Unit EP
Medium to Long Term Opportunities:
You will have the opportunity to lead the railway segment within Italy for Electric Products, driving technological innovations including IoT and Industrial Clouds.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or three-year master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mechatronics, Automation, or a Technical High School diploma
- Validated experience in the railway market
- Availability for frequent national and occasional international business trips
- Proficiency in English and Italian, both written and spoken
- Excellent communication, relational skills, enthusiasm, and passion
- Target-driven, customer-oriented, proactive, autonomous, and team-oriented
