Alstom is seeking an experienced Test & Commissioning lead to plan and manage all T&C activities for the project, ensuring alignment with the project strategy and QCD commitments. You will supervise the T&C team on site and collaborate with the V&V manager to tailor the V&V approach for lab and field deployments.

The role requires coordinating with Project Engineering, Industrial, Warranty, and external partners, with a focus on EHS compliance and seamless system delivery across Bari, Bologna,

Competenze

• Experience leading Test & Commissioning activities in large projects.
• Proven ability to coordinate with Project Engineering, Industrial and Warranty teams.
• Strong understanding of QCD commitments and safety standards.

Mansioni

• Plan and manage all Test & Commissioning activities for the project in support to the Project Manager ensuring application of the project’s strategy (including QCD commitment) and compliance with métier strategy, policies, standards and local regulations.
• Manage the T&C team on field.
• Collaborate with the V&V manager to define the V&V strategy to be applied in lab and on field.
