Job Title: Work abroad Radiology Informatics - Service Readiness Engineer

About Vue PACS and RIS: Vue PACS is a software for managing medical images, providing local and large-scale PACS solutions for hospitals and related institutions. It archives, distributes, retrieves, and displays images and data from all modalities and hospital information systems. Vue RIS is designed to improve radiology workflow and integrates with Electronic Medical Records (EMR), Radiology Information Systems (RIS)/Hospital Information Systems (HIS), and HL7 brokers to acquire demographic and clinical information. It connects with radiology modalities to acquire clinical images from various hospital departments. These products are used within radiology departments.

Your role:

• Improving Product Servability: Gather feedback and identify opportunities for improvement to optimize product servability.
• Go-to-Market Materials: Create and review materials, including service documentation, client documentation, and training packages for on-premise and cloud solutions.
• Service Testing and Validation: Execute testing and validation plans to ensure product quality and readiness for market.
• Global Service Coordination: Coordinate and verify service plans and activities worldwide with the global service community throughout the product lifecycle.
• Customer Support Product Plan (CSPP): Update and maintain the CSPP to ensure accurate and current service information.
• Service Training: Define training requirements for the products or programs assigned.
• First of Kind (FOK) Installations: Manage FOK installations as a product expert and provide valuable feedback to stakeholders.

Ideal candidate:

• Education: Degree or Master in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience: 1-3 years in service/technical engineering in the healthcare sector or organizational management.
• Experience in cloud software operations: Preferred.
• Language skills: Proficiency in English and Italian.
