EI RI S&SD Implementation Clinical Lead South Europe
Leading the Radiology Informatics S&SD Implementation Clinical Consulting Team in South Europe (France, Greece, Italy, Israel, Portugal, Spain).
You will be part of Enterprise Informatics RI S&SD Implementation South Europe, reporting to the EI RI S&SD Implementation Leader South Europe. You will join an inspiring team aimed at strengthening and driving performance of EI RI SS&D Implementation within South Europe.

Your role:

• Leading the RI S&SD Implementation Clinical Consulting team of approximately 10 members, responsible for providing clinical consultancy services for RI solutions within South Europe.
• Educating and coaching your team and sales resources in Radiology Informatics Solutions (vuePACS, vueRIS, etc.) and developing methodologies in this area.
• Validating solution designs to meet customer clinical requirements during presales for complex Philips RI solution implementations in South Europe.
• Developing strategic relationships and guiding senior customer leaders.
• Serving as a consultative partner throughout sales, implementation, and adoption phases to ensure successful deployment of Philips RI solutions.
• Supporting and advising the sales team during customer acquisition.
• Ensuring clinical and physician adoption of Philips RI solutions.
• Handling complex issues requiring in-depth analysis aligned with organizational objectives.
• Implementing strategic policies for method selection, evaluation, and results enrollment in South Europe.
• Providing clinical consultancy on workflow analysis, change management, and solution design adoption.
• Guiding customers through testing workarounds, clinical integration, and new functionalities.
• Coaching and educating the Clinical Consulting team in Europe and customers on complex situations involving multiple solutions.
• Participating actively in the Clinical Consulting Community Europe to share knowledge and lessons learned.

You're the right fit if you have:

• 5+ years of experience in the clinical radiology informatics field.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a clinical field or equivalent qualification.
• Proven ability to structure problems and design customer-advocated solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging diverse audiences verbally and in writing, face-to-face, or remotely.
• Extensive experience with Philips RI products.
• Ability to resolve complex issues creatively and effectively.
• Experience interacting with senior management and executive levels across multiple areas.
• Fluency in English and two of the following languages: French, Italian, Spanish.
• Willingness to travel over 60%.
