Dallara is seeking a Racing Structural Performance Engineer to join the Racing Structural Performance team at Varano de' Melegari. You will conduct simulations and structural analyses for chassis, suspensions, mechanical parts and bodywork in support of racing programs.

The role focuses on stiffness, non-linearity, fatigue and vibratory phenomena, with collaboration across Design & Research, Vehicle Dynamics & Performance and Aerodynamics.

Competenze

• Master's degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering is required.
• Previous experience in similar roles within motorsport is preferred.
• Good knowledge of English.
• Strong team-working skills.
• Flexibility and passion for automotive/motorsport/aerospace fields.
• Knowledge of HyperWorks, Abaqus and Python is a plus.
