Experteer Italy is seeking an SCM professional who bridges R&D and procurement to ensure materials, suppliers, costs, and timelines support breakthrough products. You will coordinate across R&D, procurement, manufacturing, quality, and project management to drive efficiency and sustainability.

You will integrate SCM requirements into development activities, optimize total cost of ownership, and develop value chain strategies for new products with cross-functional impact.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field.
• Minimum 3 years in SCM, R&D, Procurement or related environment.
• Experience in sourcing, supplier management, and project-based supply chain processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across functions and cultures.

Mansioni

• Lead and coordinate all SCM activities for assigned R&D projects with on-time delivery.
• Serve as the SCM representative within R&D projects and interface with engineering, procurement, quality, and manufacturing.
• Integrate SCM requirements into product development to optimize cost, quality, and tech performance.
• Develop and evaluate value chain strategies for new products, considering total cost of ownership and sustainability.
• Ensure timely availability of materials for R&D programs and improve material flow and processes.
• Analyze SCM data to identify risks and opportunities and implement mitigation plans.
• Prepare SCM deliverables, documentation, reports, and stakeholder presentations for project gate reviews.
