Meet Life Sciences is seeking a seasoned professional to lead long-term planning and resource management for its R&D portfolio. You will collaborate with Global Project Managers and Finance to forecast workloads, optimize headcount, and ensure alignment between costs and project value across international teams.
The role requires strong quantitative skills, experience with Planisware/SAP, advanced Excel capabilities, and fluency in English.
Competenze
- Degree in Management Engineering, Business Economics, Business Administration, Pharmaceutical Development or related discipline.
- Alternatively, a scientific degree plus MBA or significant industry experience.
- Experience in pharmaceutical/biotech R&D, product innovation, portfolio or planning.
- Strong understanding of development processes, project & portfolio management.
Mansioni
- Develop quantitative projections for R&D pipeline, costs, and investments.
- Forecast workload and resource needs with PMs and R&D stakeholders.
- Support headcount planning based on projected workloads.
- Coordinate with Finance and Planning to align cost projections and PTRS assessments.
- Maintain planning processes, benchmarks, and Enterprise Project & Portfolio Management systems.
